Peter Hodge
Research Associate
At the Urban Risk Lab, Peter Hodge is primarily involved with projects for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He also helps with research and writing for several of the lab’s other projects. Before working at the lab, Peter studied community organizing and urban design at Pomona College. Outside the classroom, he worked as an organizer at the city, state, and federal levels, taking on projects that ranged from local affordable housing initiatives to U.S. Senate campaigns. Peter aims to use his experience to connect social justice to urban design and climate resilience through the Urban Risk Lab’s intersectional approach to research and design.
